The Shachihata Jikakeru Washi Tape Base Pen is the ultimate companion for journaling, planning, and papercrafting enthusiasts. Traditionally, writing on decorative masking tapes is a hassle because their waxy, water-resistant surfaces repel water-based inks, fountain pen pigments, and gel rollers.
The Jikakeru marker serves as a seamless primer coat. Simply glide the flexible brush tip over your tape, wait roughly 30 seconds for it to dry, and your masking tape is instantly ready to be written or drawn on. Because the specialized formula applies completely clear, it treats the surface perfectly without obscuring or altering the tape's original patterns and colors. It is highly optimized to work beautifully with all your favorite tape brands.
