Refund policy
At Analogue Us, every product is handpicked for our customers. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds. This policy ensures that every customer receives new, untouched items in perfect condition. Once an order is placed, no cancellations are possible.
However, we will gladly replace or refund your order if the wrong item was sent or if the product received is damaged or defective. Should this be the case, please email us within 48 hours of delivery of your order at support@analogue-us.ae with order number, description of the issue and photos for us to be able to assist you quickly.
For returns due to any incorrect items sent, items to be replaced / refunded must be in the condition they were received, including the original packaging for us to be able to process the request further. Once the returned products are received, Analogue Us will evalaute the return / refund / replacement request and reserves the right to decline a return request if:
- The item shows signs of misuse, damage caused after purchase, or improper handling
- The issue was not reported within the 48-hour timeframe
- Proof of purchase cannot be provided
All discounted, sale, and special-edition products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 to 45 business days, depending on the card used.
